No. A free quote is a quick estimate for someone who already knows what they want to build. The Roadmap is a paid, in-depth process for homeowners who are 6 to 24 months out and still working out scope, budget, and sequencing.
The plan is yours either way. You can take it to any contractor to get accurate, apples-to-apples quotes.
If you sign a construction contract with us within 12 months of your Roadmap visit, the full $697 is credited toward that job. Sign within 12 to 24 months and half of it is credited.
An in-home walkthrough, real measurements, a line-item cost range, a realistic timeline, and guidance on the permits and code requirements for your specific project.
