Why do pavers sink or shift?
Almost always because of what's underneath: not enough compacted gravel, poor drainage, or tree roots. Relaying pavers on the same base only buys time, so we fix the base first.

Often, if the same product is still made. If it isn't, we'll suggest a border or layout change so the old and new areas sit well together.
Do I need a permit for a patio?
Ground-level patios and walkways usually don't need a building permit. Retaining walls, structures and work near property lines can, so we check with your municipality during the quote.
What does your 10-year warranty cover?
Our workmanship is warrantied for 10 years from completion. If something we built fails because of how it was installed, we come back and make it right. Materials, fixtures and appliances are covered by their manufacturers' warranties, which we pass on to you. Normal wear, damage by others, and later changes by other contractors aren't covered. Your contract spells out the full terms.
